Welcome to your village

You were never meant to do this alone.

Whether you’re holding your first positive test or navigating the hazy days of life with a newborn, you’ve probably heard the phrase, "It takes a village." But in today’s world, that village can feel incredibly hard to find.

I’ve been where you are. In 2020, I welcomed my first son. Even with my background as a nurse in Pediatrics and OB—and a circle of professional resources at my fingertips—I found myself feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and deeply alone once my husband headed back to work.

I realized then that medical expertise isn't a substitute for community. We no longer live in multi-generational households where support is built-in. We have to build our own villages now.

That is why I’m here. I wanted to be the village for others that I so desperately needed myself.
